Eurotec Australia is an Australian-owned and operated distributor of Electrolux Professional commercial cooking, refrigeration and warewashing equipment.
We work with dealers, consultants and project professionals across Australia, providing access to commercial kitchen equipment and the information, coordination and support that can be required throughout a project.
Not every project needs the same level of involvement. Sometimes our role is simply to supply the equipment. In other projects, we may assist with specification, purchasing, logistics, installation or ongoing support.
Our approach is simple: we provide the support that is needed, when it is needed, without making it part of the process when it is not.
What We Do
Equipment, knowledge and support
Our role goes beyond supplying commercial kitchen equipment.
We work alongside the people involved in a project to provide practical support where it can be useful, drawing on our experience in the foodservice industry and our knowledge of Electrolux Professional equipment.
Every project is different, and the level of involvement required from us can vary. We can assist with specification, purchasing, coordination, installation and ongoing support, or simply supply the equipment and work alongside the arrangements already in place.
The aim is not to add unnecessary steps to a project. It is to be available where our experience, resources or support can make things easier.
Electrolux Professional
Our distribution role
Eurotec Australia is the Australian distributor for Electrolux Professional commercial cooking, refrigeration and warewashing equipment.
We work closely with Electrolux Professional to provide Australian dealers, consultants and project professionals with access to its commercial equipment portfolio, backed by local knowledge and support.
Our relationship with Electrolux Professional gives our customers access to a broad range of established commercial equipment, technical information, manufacturer resources and genuine OEM support when required.
For us, distribution is about more than supplying equipment. It is about supporting the people who specify, purchase, install and use it.
How We Can Help
Support where it is needed
Every project is different, and the level of involvement required from us can vary.
Our role is always to supply the equipment, but beyond that, the support we provide depends on what the project and our customers require.
Make it easier to specify
We can assist with equipment selection and specification, providing product information, technical documentation and practical guidance to help project teams identify suitable equipment for their requirements.
Where detailed project documentation is required, we can provide the information needed to support the specification process, including product images, specifications, brochures, CAD and Revit resources and technical documentation.
Our role can be as involved as the project requires, whether that means assisting with a detailed equipment schedule or simply providing the information needed to make a decision.
Equipment supply and purchasing
Supplying the equipment is at the heart of what we do.
We work with dealers and project partners to supply the equipment they need, when it is required, with a focus on reliable delivery and clear communication throughout the process.
Our role can be as straightforward as supplying the equipment, or we can provide additional support with purchasing, delivery and logistics where it is required.
The aim is to make equipment supply straightforward, while providing the level of support each project needs.
Make it easier to coordinate
Commercial kitchen projects involve a lot of moving parts. Dealers, consultants, installers, technicians, transport providers and other project stakeholders all need to work to the same requirements and timeframes.
Where coordination is required, we can help keep the equipment side of the project moving, communicating with the relevant people and helping resolve issues as they arise.
We can work within the project arrangements already established by the dealer or project team, or take on more of the coordination where additional support is needed.
Make it easier to install
We can assist with installation requirements through our network of experienced service and installation providers across Australia.
Where a dealer or project team already has a preferred installer or technician, we can work with them as part of the existing project arrangements. Where additional assistance is required, we can help coordinate the appropriate resources.
Installation support can also extend to commissioning where required, helping ensure equipment is ready for operation once installation is complete.
Make it easier to support
Our involvement can continue beyond delivery and installation. Where required, we can assist with commissioning, operator training, warranty requirements, service and genuine OEM spare parts, with support from Electrolux Professional when needed.
Commissioning and training can be arranged through our service network, or we can work with a preferred technician, installer or trainer already engaged by the dealer or project team.
The same applies to ongoing service and support. Some customers have established service arrangements and simply need access to genuine Electrolux Professional spare parts or manufacturer support. Others may require us to help coordinate the service requirements.
The level of support is flexible. We can work within the arrangements already in place or provide additional assistance where it is needed.
