The supplied 11.5 litre AISI 304 stainless steel bowl incorporates a conical base and high-performance micro-toothed blade rotor to promote even mixing, while the integrated scraper and central ingredient opening improve productivity during continuous operation.
Designed for heavy-duty commercial use, the unit features an IP65-rated touch-control panel, a transparent BPA-free safety lid with magnetic interlock and a double safety locking system for reliable operator protection.
