Fitted with an 8 m³/hr oil lubricated vacuum pump, the unit delivers consistent vacuum performance using a high-precision sensor that requires no calibration. Operators can store up to 10 customised programs for vacuum level, extra vacuum and sealing time, while dedicated cycles for jars and containers provide additional flexibility. The removable 310 mm sealing bar offers adjustable sealing times from 0.1 to 6 seconds to suit a wide variety of bag materials.

Constructed entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, the machine is designed for durability and easy cleaning. The hydroformed chamber features rounded corners for improved hygiene, while the transparent lid opens automatically at the end of each cycle.
