19L Vacuum Packer 12m3/hr Bench Model
The Electrolux Professional 19 litre bench top vacuum packer provides increased chamber capacity and faster vacuum performance for commercial kitchens processing higher volumes of fresh food. Designed for restaurants, butchers, catering businesses and food preparation facilities, it supports efficient packaging while extending product shelf life and maintaining presentation.
Its 12 m³/hr oil lubricated vacuum pump delivers rapid evacuation, while the precision vacuum sensor maintains accurate performance without calibration. Ten programmable settings allow operators to store vacuum level, sealing time, extra vacuum and gas percentage for repeatable results. The unit is also equipped with adjustable deaeration and jar vacuum cycles, offering greater flexibility across a range of packaging applications.
The stainless steel chamber is engineered with smooth rounded corners for easy cleaning, while the durable transparent lid opens automatically after each cycle. The removable 310 mm sealing bar, liquid-resistant control panel and front service access simplify daily operation, with automatic maintenance reminders and the H2Out oil cleaning program helping maximise long-term reliability.
