The powerful 25 m³/hr oil lubricated vacuum pump delivers rapid cycle times, while the high-precision vacuum sensor ensures consistent sealing performance. Operators can store up to 10 customised programs, including gas flushing parameters, and the heavy-duty 455 mm sealing bar provides welding pressure exceeding 200 kg at 99% vacuum for secure, reliable seals.

Manufactured entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, the machine incorporates a hydroformed chamber with rounded corners for simplified cleaning and hygiene. The removable sealing bar, automatic lid opening, accessible oil drain and heavy-duty castor base make the unit practical to operate, maintain and reposition within busy production environments.
