Designed for mounting on open base cupboards, bridging supports, or cantilever systems, this griddle features right-angled side edges for seamless flush fitting, eliminating gaps and food traps. A large drain hole efficiently directs fat into a 1.5-litre collector placed beneath the cooking surface, aiding in easy waste disposal and maintaining a hygienic workspace.
Operating within a temperature range of 100 to 280°C and equipped with a frontal simmering zone, this gas appliance supports natural and LPG gas with supplied conversion jets. It includes piezo spark ignition for enhanced safety and carries an IPX4 water protection rating. The removable stainless steel splash guard ensures simple cleaning and protects surrounding areas during operation.
