700XP Gas Target Top on Gas Oven 800mm

The Electrolux Professional 700XP Gas Target Top on Gas Oven offers the ultimate combination of precision cooking surface and reliable oven performance in a robust 800mm unit. The durable cast iron cooking plate is gas heated by a 25.2 Mj central burner with optimised combustion, capable of reaching temperatures up to 500°C at the centre, gradually cooling outward to provide temperature gradients suited for diverse cooking requirements.

Below the cooktop, a gas-heated standard oven features stainless steel burners with a self-stabilising flame beneath the base plate. The oven thermostat is adjustable from 110°C to 270°C, with a stainless steel chamber equipped with three runner levels to accommodate 2/1 GN shelves or steam pans. The ribbed enamelled steel base plate ensures even heat distribution for consistent cooking results.

Designed for ease of use and maintenance, all major components are accessible from the front of the unit. Finished with a one-piece pressed 1.5 mm stainless steel worktop and stainless steel exterior panels in a Scotch Brite finish, this model boasts IPX4 water resistance and right-angled edges to allow flush fitting, eliminating gaps and dirt traps for hygienic kitchen environments.
