The seamlessly welded water basin integrates directly into the 1.5mm pressed stainless steel worktop for optimal hygiene and easy cleaning. Incoloy armoured heating elements are positioned beneath the basin for reliable heat transfer, with a manual water refill system and a clearly marked fill line for operator ease. A front-facing tap ensures quick and safe draining after service.
Suitable for installation on open base units, bridging supports or cantilever systems, the unit includes a thermostatic control up to 90°C and IPX4-rated water protection. Right-angled side edges allow for flush alignment with other 700XP modules, eliminating dirt traps and supporting seamless kitchen workflows.
