7L Variable Speed Commercial Food Processor
The Electrolux Professional 7L Commercial Food Processor is designed for higher-capacity food preparation in busy commercial kitchens. Combining powerful processing performance with precise variable speed control, it is well suited to restaurants, hotels, healthcare facilities and catering operations producing larger batches throughout service.
The variable speed motor operates from 300 to 3,700 rpm, providing excellent versatility for chopping, mixing, mincing, liquidising, emulsifying and pastry preparation. Its 7 litre stainless steel bowl is supplied with a micro-toothed blade rotor and scraper to deliver consistent processing results, while the pulse function gives operators additional control for coarse chopping applications. The transparent lid includes a central feed opening to safely add ingredients while processing.
Built for continuous commercial use, the machine incorporates waterproof controls, magnetic safety devices and tool-free removable food contact components for fast cleaning. The reinforced base, improved cooling system and robust construction ensure dependable operation during intensive food preparation throughout the day.
