Standard features include an automatic starch removal system, low-water level shut-off, and manual fill and drain controls. Optional automatic basket lifters further enhance efficiency and portion control. Finished in Scotch Brite stainless steel with IPX5 water resistance, the unit is engineered for demanding environments.
