The Electrolux Professional 900XP 8 Burner Gas Range with double gas oven offers unmatched versatility and capacity for high-throughput commercial kitchens. Measuring 1600 mm wide, this robust unit is designed and manufactured in Italy to deliver precision, durability, and seamless kitchen integration.

With six 21.6 Mj and two 36 Mj high-efficiency burners in 60 mm and 100 mm sizes, this range provides finely tuned power outputs from 5.4 Mj to 36 Mj. All burners feature optimised combustion, flame failure protection, and shielded pilot lights for safe, efficient operation. The large cast iron pan supports with extended centre fins accommodate cookware of all shapes and sizes, while IPX5-rated controls resist water ingress in demanding environments.

Underneath, two independently controlled gas ovens each offer ribbed cast iron base plates, three shelf levels for GN 2/1 trays, and stainless steel burners with self-stabilising flames. The 40 mm insulated doors provide excellent heat retention, and each oven’s thermostat is adjustable from 120°C to 280°C, enabling flexible menu execution. Constructed with a 2 mm AISI 304 stainless steel worktop and right-angled side edges, the unit ensures hygiene and streamlined installation alongside other 900XP equipment.
