Equipped with U-shaped AISI 441 stainless steel grids and Incoloy armoured heating elements, the unit delivers excellent heat distribution and fast temperature recovery. Each heating bank is independently controlled, offering flexibility when cooking multiple items. For safety and efficiency, the water-filled well includes an LED warning when empty, and an integrated overflow-protected drain system manages grease runoff.
The chargrill includes a built-in water fill tap, stainless steel deflectors to retain heat, and easily removable splash guards. Designed for countertop use and compatible with ambient or refrigerated bases, this model fits seamlessly into any professional kitchen layout.
