Offering twice the cooking surface of the 400 mm model, it provides uniform heat, easy maintenance, and reliable power control in a compact footprint. Built in Italy with professional-grade materials, it ensures consistent cooking results and long-term durability.
U-shaped AISI 441 stainless steel grids paired with Incoloy armoured heating elements provide excellent heat transfer and recovery. Each heating zone is independently controlled, allowing chefs to tailor temperature to specific menu items. A fixed water well with large, protected drain captures grease and juices, while a built-in tap and LED low-water warning system enhance safety and efficiency.
Complete with tilting heating elements, stainless steel deflectors to conserve heat, and removable splash guards, this electric chargrill top is easy to operate and clean. It can be installed on ambient or refrigerated bases, making it a flexible addition to any 900XP kitchen suite.
