The 15 mm thick chrome plate heats evenly with thermostatic control and a safety thermostat, giving chefs a working temperature range from 120°C to 280°C. A large drain outlet channels fats into a concealed 1 L collector, while the dishwasher-safe splashback protects surrounding surfaces from grease and spills.
Suitable for installation on open base cupboards, bridges or cantilever supports, this griddle combines reliable daily operation with a compact, flush-mount design for space-conscious kitchens. A scraper for smooth surfaces is included as standard.
