The 15mm thick polished chrome plate ensures consistent heat distribution, easy cleaning, and prevents cross-flavour contamination. Independent controls for each half module allow precise cooking management, with temperature adjustment from 90°C to 270°C. A built-in piezo ignition and thermostatic valve enhance operational safety.
Designed for countertop installation or integration with open base units and cantilever systems, the griddle includes high stainless steel splash guards, IPX5 water protection, and a 1.5 litre grease collector for reliable day-to-day service in busy environments.
