green&clean Hood Type Dishwasher with Drain Pump & Detergent Dispenser

The Electrolux Professional green&clean Hood Type Dishwasher is designed for high-volume commercial kitchens requiring fast, consistent warewashing and an efficient workflow. Its hood-operated design allows baskets to be loaded and unloaded at an ergonomic working height, while the machine can be configured for straight-through or corner operation to suit different kitchen layouts. With selectable productivity modes, it accommodates demanding service periods while maintaining controlled washing and sanitising performance.

The dishwasher processes up to 80 racks or 1,440 dishes per hour in High Productivity mode, with the option to switch to 63 racks or 1,134 dishes per hour to meet NSF/ANSI 3 requirements. Three cycle options are available in each mode, with wash times ranging from 45 to 150 seconds or 57 to 150 seconds respectively. A built-in atmospheric boiler and rinse booster pump maintain an 84°C sanitising rinse, while the temperature interlock helps ensure the required temperatures are reached before rinsing. Soft Start provides additional protection for delicate items.

Heavy-duty AISI 304 stainless steel construction includes the internal cavity, exterior panels, pressed wash tank and interchangeable upper and lower wash and rinse arms. The single-skin hood is supported by three springs for smooth operation, while the front-positioned pressed tank and self-draining vertical wash pump simplify cleaning and maintenance. An integrated drain pump, detergent and rinse aid dispensers, automatic self-cleaning cycle and IP25 water protection complete the machine's practical features.
