The Electrolux Professional green&clean Hood Type Dishwasher is built for high-throughput environments where hygiene and reliability are essential. Made in Italy and certified to NSF/ANSI 3 and DIN 10512 standards, this machine delivers up to 80 racks or 1,440 dishes per hour in high productivity mode, or 63 racks in hygiene-certified mode with just the press of a button. It features the CLEAR BLUE filtration system and integrated detergent dosing for optimal washing performance and water efficiency.

An atmospheric boiler maintains a constant 84℃ rinse temperature throughout each cycle, supported by a temperature interlock system that guarantees compliance even during cold water inlet conditions. The unit is equipped with slanted wash arms and a sloped ceiling to prevent soiled water from falling onto clean dishes. With automatic self-cleaning, a vertical self-draining pump, and IP25 water protection, it supports clean operation and simplified maintenance in demanding kitchen environments.

Built from AISI 304 stainless steel with double-skin insulation, the dishwasher includes advanced electronic controls, cycle customisation, and pre-arranged HACCP and energy management readiness.
