green&clean Hood Type Dishwasher with Heat Recovery, Drain Pump & Detergent Dispenser

The Electrolux Professional green&clean Hood Type Dishwasher with Energy Saving Device is designed for busy commercial kitchens where high-volume warewashing and energy efficiency are important operational considerations. Its integrated heat recovery system captures heat from inside the machine and uses it to preheat incoming water before it enters the boiler, helping reduce energy consumption. The hood-operated design supports an efficient loading and unloading workflow, with the flexibility to configure the machine for straight-through or corner operation.

Offering a capacity of up to 80 racks or 1,440 dishes per hour in High Productivity mode, the dishwasher can also be switched to NSF/ANSI 3 mode for up to 63 racks or 1,134 dishes per hour. Three wash cycles are available in each mode, ranging from 45 to 150 seconds or 57 to 150 seconds respectively. The built-in atmospheric boiler and rinse booster pump maintain an 84°C sanitising rinse, while the Wash Safe Control indicator uses a green light to confirm that items have been properly rinsed. Water consumption is limited to just 2 litres per wash cycle.

Constructed from heavy-duty AISI 304 stainless steel, the machine features a single-skin hood supported by three springs, a front-positioned pressed tank and interchangeable upper and lower stainless steel wash and rinse arms. The automatic self-cleaning cycle and self-draining vertical wash pump and boiler assist with hygiene and routine maintenance. An integrated rinse aid dispenser, flexible fill hoses and IP25 water protection are included, while the Energy Saving Device can reduce heat loss and may eliminate the need for a ventilation hood, subject to local regulations and installation conditions.
