The Electrolux Professional green&clean Hood Type Dishwasher with built-in heat recovery is engineered for busy commercial kitchens requiring energy savings and premium wash results. Made in Italy and fully compliant with NSF/ANSI 3 and DIN 10512 standards, this model supports up to 80 racks or 1,440 dishes per hour in high productivity mode, or 63 racks in hygiene-certified mode. Integrated features such as the CLEAR BLUE filtering system, detergent dosing, and atmospheric boiler ensure optimal performance with minimal resource usage.

This unit includes an Energy Saving Device (ESD) that recovers heat from the steam released during operation, preheating incoming cold water and reducing overall energy consumption. The machine maintains a constant 84℃ rinse temperature regardless of inlet water pressure, supported by a temperature interlock for hygiene compliance. A sloped ceiling and angled wash arms prevent soiled water from falling onto clean dishes, while the automatic self-cleaning cycle, self-draining pump, and Zero Lime device ensure easy maintenance and maximum hygiene.

Built with a double-skin insulated hood and full AISI 304 stainless steel construction, the dishwasher features programmable electronic controls, cycle customisation, and full HACCP and energy management readiness.
