The Electrolux Professional 8L Planetary Mixer offers increased capacity while retaining a compact benchtop footprint, making it an excellent choice for restaurants, bakeries, cafés and pastry kitchens preparing medium-sized batches throughout the day. It combines professional mixing performance with simple operation for a wide variety of food preparation tasks.
An electronic speed variator allows smooth adjustment of planetary speeds between 20 and 220 rpm, with tool rotation speeds from 67 to 740 rpm to suit different recipes and product consistencies. The precision-matched stainless steel hook, paddle and whisk deliver even mixing from small quantities through to the maximum flour capacity of 2.5 kg at 60% hydration, ensuring consistent results across doughs, batters, fillings and whipped products.
Built with durability and operator safety in mind, the mixer features a two-handle AISI 304 stainless steel bowl, self-lubricating planetary transmission and a high torque asynchronous motor. Automatic bowl detection and a transparent BPA-free safety screen prevent operation unless correctly assembled, while the sturdy accessory hub and dishwasher safe components simplify daily production and cleaning.
