The Electrolux Professional 20L Planetary Mixer is purpose built for bakeries, pastry kitchens and commercial food production where consistent mixing performance is essential. Designed to handle demanding daily workloads, it is ideal for preparing bread doughs, cake batters, creams, fillings and other bakery products with reliable, repeatable results.
Powered by a 1,500 W motor, the mixer offers both three preset mixing speeds and an electronic speed variator providing 10 selectable speeds from 30 to 175 rpm. The 20 litre stainless steel bowl accommodates up to 7 kg of flour at 60% hydration, while the supplied spiral hook, paddle and reinforced whisk deliver excellent versatility across kneading, mixing and emulsifying applications. A waterproof touch control panel with timer and speed display provides precise operational control.
Designed for intensive bakery environments, the reinforced frame, transmission and adjustable feet provide excellent stability during heavy mixing. Automatic bowl detection, a pivoting wire safety screen with removable ingredient chute and an additional BPA-free safety screen improve operator safety while reducing airborne flour dust. Both safety screens can be removed for thorough dishwasher cleaning.
