Floor Model Planetary Mixer 80L
The Electrolux Professional 80L Planetary Mixer is the largest model in the range, engineered for high-volume bakeries, food manufacturers and large institutional kitchens producing substantial batches throughout the day. Its generous capacity and automated features help maximise productivity while maintaining excellent mixing consistency.
Featuring a heavy-duty planetary drive system with 10 selectable speeds from 20 to 180 rpm, the mixer efficiently handles doughs, batters, creams and whipped products. The 80 litre stainless steel bowl accommodates up to 25 kg of flour at 60% hydration and is supplied complete with a stainless steel spiral hook, cast aluminium paddle, stainless steel whisk and bowl trolley. Electric speed control and a motorised bowl lift reduce manual handling and improve workflow efficiency.
Constructed with a robust mechanically welded frame, overload-protected transmission and self-lubricating planetary gears, the mixer is built for continuous commercial production. Integrated bowl lighting, automatic bowl detection, waterproof controls and dual safety screens provide safe, reliable operation, while adjustable feet ensure excellent stability during heavy mixing cycles.
