The Electrolux Professional ProSift DUO Breading Station with Splashback is designed for high-volume breading applications where cleanliness, workflow and flour management are equally important. Combining dual breading modules with an integrated splashback, it provides an organised preparation area for busy commercial kitchens producing large quantities of coated products.

Its patented dual action sifting system continuously filters flour during operation, allowing staff to bread products without pausing production. The internal helix drum automatically removes dough balls into a dedicated collection compartment, helping maintain flour quality, improve coating consistency and extend frying oil life. The dual-module configuration supports simultaneous preparation of multiple products to maximise productivity during busy service periods.

Constructed primarily from AISI 304 stainless steel, the station is built for intensive commercial use and straightforward cleaning. The height-adjustable work area promotes ergonomic operation, while four removable dishwasher safe food-grade basins, an IPX3-rated design and six heavy-duty castors provide the durability and flexibility required in professional food preparation environments.
