Built in Italy by Electrolux Professional, the SkyLine ProS 6 x 2/1GN gas combi oven is designed to handle the high-output demands of large-scale commercial kitchens. With a generous capacity of six GN 2/1 or twelve GN 1/1 trays, this unit offers maximum flexibility in menu preparation. It features dry hot convection up to 300 °C, a 7-speed reversing fan system, and a precision core temperature probe. EcoDelta mode ensures the chamber temperature dynamically adjusts to maintain a preset difference with the core, protecting product quality and yield.

Operators benefit from a high-resolution touch screen, recipe storage for up to 1,000 programmable steps, and advanced tools like MultiTimer, SkyHub and MyPlanner.
