The Electrolux Professional TrinityPro Combined Vegetable Slicer and Cutter Mixer brings two essential food preparation machines together in one compact unit, making it an excellent choice for kitchens where versatility and bench space are equally important. By combining vegetable preparation and cutter mixer functions, the unit reduces equipment requirements while supporting a wide variety of daily food preparation tasks.
The vegetable slicer attachment delivers continuous feed processing for slicing, grating, shredding, julienne cutting, dicing and French fry preparation, while the cutter mixer efficiently chops, mixes, minces, grinds, liquidises, kneads and emulsifies ingredients. A variable speed range from 500 to 3,600 rpm provides excellent control for different products, and the supplied 2 mm slicer, 5 mm slicer and 3 mm grater discs allow the machine to be put straight to work.
Designed for intensive commercial use, the machine features a durable AISI 304 stainless steel bowl, an IPX5 waterproof touch-control panel and a brushless industrial motor for reliable operation. Tool-free removable food contact components simplify cleaning, while the ergonomic front lever, integrated bowl scraper and large output chute improve efficiency across both preparation functions.
