TrinityPro Vegetable Slicer 1.25L

The Electrolux Professional TrinityPro Vegetable Slicer is designed to deliver fast, accurate vegetable preparation for busy commercial kitchens. Its continuous feed operation makes it well suited to restaurants, cafés, catering businesses and institutional kitchens where large volumes of fresh produce need to be prepared efficiently while maintaining a consistent finish.

Operating at 1,500 rpm, the slicer handles slicing, grating, shredding, julienne cutting, dicing and French fry preparation with the appropriate optional discs and grids. The 1.25 litre half moon hopper, dual round feed chutes and patented lever-pusher maximise throughput while producing clean, uniform cuts across a wide variety of vegetables. A pulse function provides additional control for precision slicing and grating tasks.

Built for everyday commercial use, the machine features a quiet brushless industrial motor, an IPX5 waterproof touch-control panel and removable food contact components that can be disassembled without tools for dishwasher cleaning. Its ergonomic front lever accommodates both left and right-handed operators, while the large discharge chute accepts containers up to 200 mm high for efficient product collection.
