Designed to integrate seamlessly into a professional cooking suite, the 900XP Refrigerated / Freezer Base provides convenient cold storage directly beneath cooking equipment. With a compact 1200 mm footprint and two heavy-duty drawers, it allows chefs to keep ingredients close at hand, improving workflow and reducing unnecessary movement within busy commercial kitchens.
The dual-temperature system enables the unit to operate as either a refrigerator or freezer, with an adjustable temperature range from -22°C to +8°C. Forced air circulation ensures rapid cooling and consistent temperature distribution throughout the cabinet, while the built-in compressor is engineered to perform reliably in ambient temperatures up to 40°C. Each drawer accommodates a GN 2/1 container up to 150 mm deep, providing flexible storage for a wide range of ingredients.
Constructed from stainless steel with a Scotch Brite finish, the unit is built for durability, hygiene and ease of maintenance. Magnetic snap-in drawer gaskets can be removed for cleaning, while all major components are accessible from the front for simplified servicing. A large digital display with soft-touch controls, adjustable feet, IPX3 protection and optional castor installation make the unit a practical addition to modular cooking line configurations.
